Real Brick Slips
Make sure the surface on which the slips are to be stuck is clean and dry.
Use a good quality PVA adhesive to fix the slips into position.
Apply glue to the back of each slip and place into position allowing approx 1mm between each slip for mortar joints
Most slips can be cut easily using a craft knife, pincers or tile pliers. Odd shaped pieces can be achieved by rubbing on medium grade sandpaper.
Allow the glue to dry thoroughly before proceeding to the next stage.
Mix equal parts PVA adhesive and water together and using a brush, paint this mix over your fixed brickslips. Allow to dry before proceeding.
Your slips are now ready for grouting/pointing (see instructions for mortar/grout mix)
