This new dolls house miniature kit is an ideal starter house.  Ashtree Cottage can be kept as a normal house or converted to a Tea Shop etc.

 

  • The house has three floors including attic with an attractive bay window and opening front door.  The main front and roof section opens fully.  9mm clasp hinges are used to maintain ridgity.
  • 2 flights of stairs are included as well as decorative eaves trim.
  •  Easy to follow assembly instructions are included with photo images, although adult supervision should be provided during assembly.

This is the new Tudor style dolls house miniature building which we have called Dickens House. This building is ideally suited to be decorated as either a shop or pub.

  • Each room can be opened individually.  All floors are pre-grooved to a width and depth of 3,2mm to allow you to install your own hard wiring circuit.  There are five internal door cut-outs that will take the standard internal doors.  (Internal doors can be supplied at extra cost)
  • The house is very simple to decorate as the tudor style "Skin" is a separate component for each individual panel.  All bay windows slot into place in the pre-cut rebates.
  • Three flights of steps and banisters are included which are of a slot together design.
  • The Dickens house is supplied with its own purpose built cabinet which includes a sliding shelf
