Dolls House Miniature Railway Cottage is suitable for a child from the age of 4 years and over.  The windows have been pre-cut into the house front to enable little hands to open and close the house. 

• The Quorn stones have been engraved into the front at both the sides and above the windows. 
• Window cills have been provided to slot into the pre-cut grooves below each window frame.  (Simply glue into place when the front has been painted).
• Each interior floor has its own loose divider so that you can choose the width of each room.  The ground and first floor divider has a door cut-out ready to take the industry standard internal doors.
• 2 solid 18mm thick flights of stairs are included.
• A magnetic catch is provided to keep the front closed
• Easy to assemble instructions are included (with photo images)

Our re-designed dolls house miniature Chapel is now available in kit form.  This Chapel has been re-designed to enable a second floor to be utilised with a gallery & balcony looking down onto the ground floor.  Dog leg stairs are at the right side rear of the building.

• The chapel windows are our own design using a unique self locking system.  There is also a 1mm gap to enable you to install your own glazing.
• The main roof lifts over and the side lifts out completely to enable full access to the ground floor.  The side locates itself into the groove of the base.  A pair of turned pillars to add support (Though they do not have to be used) are included.
• All components are precision cut using the latest CNC computer controlled technology
• Easy to follow assembly instructions are provided including a step by step guide with photographic images. 

The dolls house miniature villa has a side opening on the right.  A swimming pool has been incorporated at the front left side.  Removable panel to show the steps leading to the first floor and roof terrace.  There is also a removable panel leading into the barbeque area of the villa.

• All windows, surrounds, stairs, balustrade, french doors, trim etc are not glued into place enabling easy decoration.
• Please note that the front door shown will not be the one provided as this is for illustration purposes only.

Using the latest CAD/CAM software we have re-designed the dolls house miniature Church.  The Church/Cabinet is delivered to you built but all windows, cills & trim is not glued into place to allow for easy decoration.  The following features have been incorporated into the new design:

• The tower may be removed from the base for easy access
• The altar may be removed from the base.
• Both roof sections may be removed.
• Centre roof section is hinged and lifts over.
• Intricate rood screen that slots into place.
• Detachable rood screen
• Four carved pillars.
• 'Carved' effect window cills on the interior and exterior
• Purpose built cabinet with Fretted door inlays and two sliding shelves.  (Optional extra)

• Floors of the dolls house miniature Swiss Cottage are pre-grooved ready for hard wiring. 
• No small hinges to fiddle about with.  All French doors and main front door slot into place thanks to double sided machining.
• Standard internal door cut-outs.
• Intricate machined balconies on all 3 sides.
• Decorative eaves trim that slots into underside of roof.
• Window cut-out have been machined on the inside of all panels to a depth of 5mm allowing you to fit your own 2mm glass.
• 1 Piece roof section that slots into place.
• 3 sets of French doors with removable windows on first floor.
• Purpose built cabinet available at extra cost.
